Welcome to GravityCan.com, the home of me – freelance web guru Sam Smith. At the age of 24 I’ve been creating websites for almost half my lifetime. After leaving school at 16 I joined a local web agency in Leicester and quickly became a ‘senior’ member of the team. In 2007 I decided to expand my horizons by taking a course in Visual Communication which led me to the University of Lincoln where I formed Specific Gravity Ltd in 2009. When I’m not working on web projects or coursework, I’m either playing the piano, looking after the pets or spending time with my man.

My hourly rate is £35 an hour, although discounts are provided for multiple projects. I do not work on a commission basis or for a percentage of profits.

Whilst I’m happy to work on almost all projects, I do require that the client has a clear idea of what they are looking to achieve and will be involved throughout the development process.
