1. Do I have to pay up front?
   No – when you place an order online a team member will contact you to get some details so that we can get the ball rolling. Once a price is agreed, we will require a small deposit to start work.
2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
   We require a minimum 25% deposit on all web design projects. A team member will contact you to discuss a payment plan for your web design project when you place an order.
3. When will my website be ready?
   Small websites usually take 2-3 weeks. When you place an order a team will contact you to discuss a delivery schedule.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
   For smaller web design projects we prefer payment via Credit/Debit card or PayPal. For larger projects payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer is preferred.
5. When will I get my free quote?
   Most quotes are delivered within two working days. If we are unable to deliver your quote within two working days, a team member will contact you.
