  1. Are your servers hosted in the UK?
    Yes, all of our customer cloud servers are located in a state of the art London datacentre with redundant gigabit network connectivity.
  2. Can I upgrade or downgrade?
    You can upgrade or downgrade web hosting packages at anytime and you will only be charged the difference when you upgrade.
  3. How can I pay and how long does it take to setup my order?
    You can pay via all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, cheque or bank transfer. If you pay online most orders are setup within minutes.
  4. Do you charge VAT & do I get an invoice?
    Currently we do not charge VAT. You will receive an invoice and payment receipt via email.
  5. Can I have a free trial?
    We do not offer free trial periods, however most of our web hosting packages come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
  6. Do you host adult websites?
    We allow legal adult content as per our terms and conditions.
